Green-Box Chamber Music Concert

January 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
Staatsoperette Dresden

A chamber music series bringing together music and climate protection.

For the GREEN BOX CHAMBER CONCERT featuring the Ensemble Ampèreon, the musicians have invited scientific expertise on the subject of sustainability management. Prof. Remmer Sassen and Coco Klußmann from the Technical University of Dresden present an interactive workshop giving joint consideration to how sustainability can be carried into organizations and linked to their goals: How can sustainability strategies be created and then implemented in an enriching and goal-oriented way?

Based on current experiences in scientific organizations, these experts and musicians embark with the audience on a joint search for clues as to how sustainability management in art and cultural institutions can succeed. We look forward to Prof. Dr. Marlen Gabriele Arnold, Chemnitz University of Technology, and Prof. Dr. Sebastian M. Schmidt, Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf, as panellists. And you are also cordially invited to contribute your own ideas in an exchange with qualified experts in the individual areas!

Chamber music woven between the lectures and workshops feature the music of Max Reger, Johann Sebastian Bach, Bernhard Opitz, Claude Debussy, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonín Dvořák, creating a space to pause and reflect on the evening's findings.
