Green-Box Chamber Music Concert #1

Staatsoperette Dresden

The orchestra of the Staatsoperette Dresden has initiated a chamber music series, bringing together music and climate protection.

On four evenings throughout the season, various chamber music groups will interact with speakers or artists in order to focus on a special environmental issue.

At the first concert in this series, the Ensemble Ampère (string quintet, harp, clarinet, flute) will play works by Maurice Ravel, Gordon Jacob, Jacques Ibert and Astor Piazzolla. Speaking at the event will be Prof. Dr. Stefan Scherbaum from the TU Dresden and members of the TU environmental initiative tuuwi.

Admission is free. Donations that benefit regional environmental organizations graciously accepted.
