A Musical Stroll in the Forest

During this approximately two-hour walk through the forest at the Hessenschanze, Uwe Zindel, head of the forestry department in Wolfhagen, will show the immediate consequences of climate change and what protective measures HessenForst is taking to strengthen the forest.

At various stations along the walk, the horn ensemble Cornissimo Cassel will play a variety of well-known works that invoke the sounds of the forest, nature and birds, while inviting you to get involved with the protection of it and its creatures.
