The Tiergarten has been hosting a special series of events in the Blue Salon for several years: With exciting impulse lectures, visitors are informed about various topics in the areas of climate and nature conservation. The program is accompanied by an exquisite four-course menu from the organic cuisine of the Waldschänke as well as varied cultural highlights.

From April 2025, the Blue Salon will be temporarily closed due to extensive renovation measures. Therefore, the series of events will be redesigned and continued in the Waldschänke as well as on the new Climate Trail (Bauwipfelpfad). Musicians of the Staatsphilharmonie present a series of 5 chamber music programs which enchant the visitors in the middle of nature.

After deducting necessary costs, the proceeds from the projects flow into regional climate and nature conservation projects.
