KlimArt - Concerts and Climate Mile

July 10, 2021 12:00 to 18:30
Magnikirche in Braunschweig

A benefit concert for Climate and Species protection with musicians from the Staatsorchester Braunschweig and Mezzo-Soprano Anne Schuldt

Forests are dying, rivers and soils are drying up, and biodiversity is declining. It's time to act! Do you think so too? With the KlimArt summer festival, the climate mile and 3 concerts, we are bringing attention to the crisis caused by climate change in the region and beyond. Ten regional nature and environmental protection organizations will be on site, providing information about their work and the challenges posed by climate change.

Come by and visit the “Climate Mile” behind the Magnikirchplatz. Participatory activities and a pleathora of information on climate and species protection projects await you. You will have the opportunity to support the organizations with a donation while also taking a few tips with you for your everyday life.

Do you feel like going to a concert? In the afternoon there will be benefit concerts in the Magnikirche with musicians from the Staatsorchester Braunschweig. Admission is free. Donations for reforestation are very welcome.
