Chamber Music for the Hondelage Woodland
Benefit Concert for the Environmental and Nature Conservation Association Hondelage
March 28, 2025 7:00 p.m.
Nature Experience Center Hondelage
With this special benefit concert at the Nature Experience Center Hondelage, the chamber music ensemble of the Staatsorchester Braunschweig supports the ancient woodland project of the Environmental and Nature Conservation Association Hondelage. A varied program from Vivaldi to Piazzolla and John Williams awaits!
The ancient woodland project in Hondelage provides the extraordinary possibility of permanently taking out of use the 200-year-old forest of 128,000 m2. In this way, it can continue to develop into a primeval forest, increasingly provide habitat for endangered species and make a valuable contribution to climate protection (Further information here).
The special feature of this woodland project is the proximity to Braunschweig. This special forest can be experienced up close as part of a guided tour.
During the concert break, the audience is cordially invited to mingle with the members of the Association and the musicians over a drink.
