MAY 24, 2022 7:00 p.m.
Originally planned for June 2021, this concert has been postponed to May 2022.
For their tenth climate concert, the musicians of the Staatskapelle Berlin are playing in a place tied to Berlin’s industrial history: The former heating plant Heizkraftwerk Mitte. For a long time, it provided people with heat; now it is an awe-inspiring building with a tangible energy in which the musicians of the Staatskapelle Berlin, together with conductor Frank Strobel, will breathe new life into glacier landscapes of 100 years ago.
